SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship throughout the United States, including:

All 50 U.S. states | P.O. Boxes | APO/FPO military addresses
 

We also ship internationally to the following regions and countries:
Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries and surrounding European regions, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain.
 

If your country is not currently listed, we may expand shipping availability in the future as our distribution network grows.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These charges are determined by local governments and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs collected at checkout.

Nine Knives is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During major product launches, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight, Package dimensions, Shipping destination, Selected shipping speed, Applicable taxes and duties.

International shipping rates vary depending on destination and carrier availability. Taxes, VAT, shipping charges, and promotional discounts are calculated during checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

Carrier delays, Weather conditions, Customs inspections, High-volume shipping periods, Holidays and peak seasons, Events outside the carrier's control.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are ultimately controlled by that carrier.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help determine the best resolution available.
 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Nine Knives is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

WHY DON'T YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Our shipping availability is determined by several factors, including:

Shipping reliability, Carrier availability, Customs regulations, Delivery performance, Import restrictions, Service quality standards.

As Nine Knives continues to grow, we may expand our international shipping destinations.

​

If we do not currently ship to your country, you may still be able to purchase Nine Knives through Amazon or future retail partners as they become available.

AMAZON & FUTURE RETAIL AVAILABILITY

Nine Knives products may also be available through Amazon depending on your region.

We are actively expanding our retail and distribution partnerships. While Nine Knives is not currently available in physical retail stores, we are pursuing additional retail opportunities to make the game more accessible worldwide.
