RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Nine Knives, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Limited edition or numbered items

Clearance items
Because collectible items may lose value once opened, opened games and collector products are generally considered final sale.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the incorrect product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Preorder dates are estimates only.
